1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging 360Finsight for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our services.

2. Description of Services

360Finsight provides fractional financial planning & analysis (FP&A) services, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, offered as monthly subscription plans (Essentials, Starter, Growth, Scale) or as one-time projects (Budget Build, Cash Flow Model, Fundraise-Ready Package).

3. Fees and Payment

Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. One-time projects are billed as agreed at the start of the engagement, typically with a deposit before work begins and the balance on delivery. Specific terms will be confirmed in writing before any engagement starts.

4. Term and Cancellation

Monthly plans run for an initial 60-day period, after which they continue month to month and can be cancelled by either party with written notice. One-time projects conclude upon delivery of the agreed deliverable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Our work depends on timely, accurate access to your financial data and systems. Delays in providing access or information may delay deliverables, and we're not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate data provided to us.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your financial information as confidential and do not share it with anyone outside your own team without your permission. We ask that any proprietary methods, templates, or models we build for you also be treated as confidential.

7. Intellectual Property

Reports, models, and deliverables we build specifically for you are yours to keep and use once paid for in full. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, frameworks, and methodology, which may also be used with other clients.

8. No Guarantee of Results; Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Our services are intended to improve financial visibility and planning, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our work is not a substitute for advice from a licensed CPA, tax advisor, or attorney, and we recommend you maintain those relationships separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 360Finsight's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 360Finsight is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
